Salary: Up to $48K
Qualification
- Post-secondary education in Office/Business Administration or commensurate program
- 2 years of recent relevant experience in a professional setting is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid problem solving skills
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OnePlace, iManage
- Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the reception area and client floor
- Assist with needs of those subleasing office space on the floor; ensure that subleased space is clean and professional in appearance
- Answer and transfer calls to the appropriate people
- Respond to client inquiries in a professional manner
- Greet clients and act as a liaison between them and other members of the firm
- Receive incoming and prepare outgoing deliveries; drop off late deliveries as needed
- Book and organize boardrooms as requested and arrange for catering/room set-up as required
- Suggest changes to methods, procedures, and work tools to improve efficiencies and client space
- Keep the client floor neat and organized; follow up on out of place items
- Stock boardrooms with supplies; keep kitchens continually stocked with drinks and dishes
- Assist with various firm initiatives and tasks such as data managements, organizing guest lists, and event execution
- Secure and set up laptops and projectors, as required
