Salary: Up to $65K
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal administrative support to various lawyers and legal professionals across the firm as a floater
- Draft, format, and prepare correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents related to personal injury litigation
- Open and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and deadline tracking
- Manage court filings, document production, and e-filing as needed
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties
- Adapt quickly to different working styles and needs within the firm
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant in personal injury litigation
- Familiarity with legal software such as Primafact and Filevine is strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of the litigation process and personal injury file management
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- A proactive, flexible team player who’s comfortable supporting various professionals as needed
