Salary: Up to $55K
Location: Uxbridge Area
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and directing clients
- Opening files
- Setting up and arranging meetings (including refreshments, managing caterers, etc.)
- Filing, photocopying, scanning etc.
- Managing email, mail and courier correspondence
- Responding and directing phone calls
- Assisting with accounting and legal tasks
- Other administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- 1+ years of administrative/reception experience in a law firm is required
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and all levels of staff
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team setting
- Exceptional technical skills (including MS Office applications)
