Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the firm’s leadership team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the firm’s goals and objectives
- Overseeing digital marketing campaigns, content creation, website management, and social media engagement.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials, communications, and platforms.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate a variety of external and internal events, such as client appreciation events, networking receptions, industry conferences, and staff retreats.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, vendor management, guest list coordination, and on-site supervision.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through personalized communication, engagement initiatives, and targeted marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain a database of client contacts and preferences to facilitate effective client outreach and retention.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities for staff members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and productivity.
- Collaborate with department heads and external trainers to identify training needs and deliver relevant programs.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to the CFO in various financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and reporting.
- Assist with financial analysis, data management, and project coordination as needed.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, event planning, and/or project management, within the legal industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for event coordination.
