Key Responsibilities
- Deal with Record Books and Closing Books
- Handle accounting matters – therefore an affinity for numbers and experience with Excel is a must
- Organize and prioritize work
- Face each day with a positive and can-do attitude
- Use software in superior manner: TOCs, pdfs, tables etc
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience working as a Legal Assistant in Real Estate Law and or/ Lending
- Experience handling accounting matters
- Ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented environment;
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS Office applications;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
