Our national client is seeking lawyers with a minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience in various legal domains to join their Toronto office. The firm offers a unique opportunity for cross-referrals that will significantly enhance your existing client portfolio.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the operational management of the firm and its offices
- Ensuring Partners and Fee Earners deliver services effectively and profitably
- Formulating firm-wide strategies through strategic direction
- Developing operational and financial strategies
- Generating revenue through client management
- Expanding revenue streams through new services and cost-benefit analysis
- Maintaining the stability of the firm
- Preventing and managing conflicts
- Enhancing the firm’s reputation through ethical and professional conduct
- Developing human resource strategies by determining firm structure
