Law Firm Receptionist
Our Client, a well-established and recognized law firm, is looking to hire an articulate, polished and professional receptionist for their practice. Friendly and down-to-earth, they want someone to match the personality of their firm. If you have administrative experience, preferably within a law firm, and have a strong command of the English language, we want to hear from you! Pick your choice of hours 7:30 am – 3:30 pm or 8:00 am – 4 pm (add). Please note that this position requires in office attendance 5 days per week. Salary: Up to $60K
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and directing clients
- Setting up and arranging meetings (including refreshments, managing caterers, etc.)
- Filing, photocopying, scanning etc.
- Managing email, mail and courier correspondence
- Billing, Marketing and other administrative duties as required
Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative/reception experience in a law firm is required
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and all levels of staff.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team setting
- Exceptional technical skills (including MS Office applications)
