Key Responsibilities
- Respond to phone calls, emails and Help Desk to provide support to all firm members with hardware/software related questions
- Ensure Help Desk is monitored at all times and requests are completed and tracked based on urgency, nature of problem and
- availability of support staff
- Monitor and follow-up on all assigned calls
- Maintain, assign and log loaner equipment and install new software as required
- Participate in technical workstation support and systems implementations and rollouts
- Other general duties as required
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience (preferably in a law firm)
- University or college degree in IT related studies
- Strong technical knowledge and skills
- Confident and dependable, with strong initiative and ability to work both independently and in a team oriented atmosphere
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally interact with all levels of staff and clientele
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Solid typing skills
