Salary: Up to $90K
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative duties on behalf of the COO and managing partners including, but not limited to:
- Office management duties.
- Responding to emails;
- Answering phone calls;
- Filing;
- Preparing expense reports, notes needed for quarterly meetings
- Drafting letters and documents;
- Liaising between customers/clients, managing partners and COO;
- Calendar management and scheduling;
- Organize meetings, including room/facility booking;
- Booking company travel arrangements;
- Record meeting minutes
- Follow-up items from all meetings, as required.
- Any additional tasks needed to achieve the responsibilities of the role as assigned by the COO and managing partners
Qualification
- 4+ years of Administrative, C- level support
- Highly proficient in MS Office, Word and Excel
- Diploma in business administration or equivalent preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
