Salary: Up to $55K
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently execute customer service standards to provide excellent customer service, resolve problems, and identify customers’ needs.
- Manage emails
- General financial responsibilities
- Quickly and accurately responding to incoming Customer Service calls and emails and follow through with the appropriate cross-functional areas when necessary to deliver exceptional Customer Service to all Customers/Dealers.
- Provide and process documentation & and requests from regional transportation regulatory bodies (power of attorney, plating letters, duplicate ownership requests, violations, searches, etc.)
- Process inquiry requests for Amortization Schedules, Principal and Interest, Taxes Paid, Balance Owing, and Account Summaries
Qualifications
- 1-4 years of high level customer service or finance experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or any related subjects
- Strong financial literacy
- Extensive experience with MS Office, Word and Excel
- Demonstrated leadership
- Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal
