Salary: Up to $73K
Key Responsibilities
- Provide coverage and administrative support across various commercial litigation teams, adapting quickly to diverse workflows and practice styles.
- Draft, revise, and format legal documents, including pleadings, motion records, correspondence, and court forms.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate court deadlines across multiple active files.
- Communicate professionally with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel on behalf of several lawyers.
- Organize and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist with document production, e-filing, and preparation for examinations, hearings, and pre-trial matters.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a legal assistant in commercial litigation.
- Comfortable working with multiple teams and adjusting to varying workflows with ease.
- Proficient in MS Office and legal document management systems (e.g., iManage, ACL, or equivalent).
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- A flexible and proactive attitude, with a strong commitment to collaborative support across the firm.
