Key Responsibilities
- provide support to lawyers developing chronologies, budgets, costs outlines, affidavits, affidavits of documents, appeal materials and other court documents;
- summarize transcripts and complete undertakings charts;
- prepare and manage larger document briefs;
- and assist in the management of the document discovery process within Eclipse including searching and organizing data and ensuring effective use of the technologies best practices.
Qualifications
- 3 -5 years experience as a Commercial Litigation Law Clerk
- Extensive knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure
- Strong drafting skills
- Stellar analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent writing and proof-reading abilities
- Attention to detail
- E-discovery exposure and advanced technology skills including Word, Excel, PCLaw and Adobe Acrobat
