Salary: Up to $70K
Key Responsibilities
- File management
- Conducting intake
- Drafting pleadings, motions, pre-trial/mediation memos
- Request and follow up of undertakings
- Preparation for trial
- Docketing
- Manage scheduling for lawyers
- Emailing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Personal Injury A/B Tort Law
- Experience using PrimaFact and MS Word
- Understands the rules of Civil Procedure, including new rules
- Knowledge on docketing with PC Law
- Stellar technical skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Great team player
- Stellar verbal and written communication skills
