  • Review documentation received from client 
  • Review claim and synopsis 
  • Organize productions from client, scan to primafact, and organize in primafact 
  • Write for motor vehicle accident report and police file 
  • Prepare Affidavit of Documents, draft letter to counsel serving AOD
  • Trial preparation 
  • Prepare Schedule A briefs for counsel 
  • Prepare letters to counsel 
  • Write for motor vehicle accident report and police file 
  • Prepare Notice of Intention 
  • Other general duties as required    


  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Insurance Defence law 
  • Law Clerk Diploma 
  • Experience in managing a busy litigation practice 
  • Strong knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure
  • Must thrive under pressure and prioritize effectively while paying attention to detail
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office, PC Law, TimeMatters, PrimaFact
