Our client is seeking to hire a real estate assistant to support a busy team. The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of commercial real estate experience and possess strong administrative and organizational skills. Salary: $50K - $58K

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide administrative support to other lawyer and clerks
  • Complete administrative tasks related to leasing and commercial/residential transactions
  • Draft and send correspondence, reports, memos, forms and other Items
  • Schedule Management
  • Client banking, as required
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meeting
  • Arrange couriers and deliveries
  • Handling files from start to finish within the real estate/leasing department


  • Diploma in legal administration or other office related experience
  • Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience working within the leasing practice
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency using Teraview and Conveyancer is an asset
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high pressure environment
  • A team player, able to work collaboratively in team setting
