Key Responsibilities
- Administrative duties on behalf of the CEO including, but not limited to:
- Office management duties.
- Responding to emails;
- Answering phone calls;
- Filing;
- Preparing expense reports, notes needed for quarterly meetings
- Drafting letters and documents;
- Liaising between customers/clients and CFO;
- Calendar management and scheduling;
- Organize meetings, including room/facility booking;
- Booking company travel arrangements;
- Record meeting minutes
- Follow-up items from all meetings, as required.
- Assisting the Manager of Finance with ad hoc projects
- Any additional tasks needed to achieve the responsibilities of the role as assigned by the CFO
Qualification
- 8+ years of Administrative, c level support
- 5+ years exp with MS Office, Word and Excel
- Diploma in business administration or equivalent preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
