Salary: Up to $120K (Based on Experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and participating in the entire recruitment process
- Supporting company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff
- Maintaining the office efficiently by planning and implementing office systems and layouts
- Preparing employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
- Designing and implementing office policies by establishing standards and procedures
- Performance Management by reviewing daily productivity of employees
- Approving and tracking vacation time requests
- Managing and administering benefits programs including health insurance, dental insurance, including enrollment, status changes, terminations and leaves
- Responsible for a variety of administrative duties- filing, ordering supplies, maintaining work spaces, collaborating with IT for new hires, on-boarding
- Assist with maintaining and updating employee data , attendance records, recruitment and onboarding
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment process for business professionals law students, support staff
- Organize social events, lunch ‘n’ learns, training, etc.
- Assist with coordination of moves, furniture purchases and repairs, relief reception duties as required
- Assist with all other tasks, responsibilities and projects, as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of office manager or human resources experience in a legal or other professional services environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Demonstrated skills in human resources, facilities management, budgeting, operations, legal management and cost control.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, customer service and project management skills.
