Real Estate Law Clerk – Condo Subdivision
Job Description
Real Estate Law Clerk – Condo Subdivision
Condo projects do not move slowly — and neither does this team. Our Client is seeking a seasoned Real Estate Law Clerk with a minimum of five years’ experience, strong commercial real estate foundations, and proven exposure to high-volume condo subdivision and builder-side closings. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced development environment, understands the rhythm of large-scale projects, and can confidently manage multiple files without sacrificing accuracy. You will be joining a supportive, down-to-earth group that values collaboration, reliability, and people who step in rather than step back. With a hybrid structure and a steady pipeline of sophisticated work, this opportunity offers both stability and momentum for a clerk who knows the builder-side landscape and enjoys being part of a strong, team-first culture.
