Responsibilities:
- Maintain system configurations and provide technological support on various digital marketing and CRM platforms
- Assist with ad hoc technology and CRM initiatives and participate in digital marketing projects as assigned
- Day-to-day assistance with digital and in-person events
- Assist with the coordination and distribution of digital and hard copy communications including: event invitations, event materials, newsletters, firm collateral, follow-up communications, surveys, general mailings, social media, biographies and website updates
- Organize video content and other online materials including archival recordings –
- Assist with the coordination and execution of events, conferences/trade shows and all other marketing projects
- Adapt to new and changing technologies such as online meetings and webinar technology
- Generally assist the Marketing Department in all of their efforts
- Produce the highest quality of work

Qualifications
- Minimum of three years’ previous experience in a professional services firm with administrative, marketing, event coordinating and/or operations experience
- Successful completion of a post-secondary education in administration, business, marketing or other comparable program
- Microsoft 365 suite of applications
- ON24, Zoom, Teams, Vuture and social media platforms are an asset
- Awareness of a CRM system/contact management database is an asset
- Desktop Publishing and Adobe design software experience is an asset
- Experience with digital communications systems
- Ability to be flexible with daily schedule and willingness to work overtime as necessary
- Willing to travel off-site
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Handle time pressure situation and stress of multiple demands
