A spectacular opportunity for a stellar Receptionist! Our client, a highly reputable boutique Law firm, are seeking to hire a Receptionist on an ongoing part time basis for their Vaughan office. Candidates must possess a minimum of 1+ years of prior reception experience. Law firm experience would be a tremendous asset. A high level of professionalism and polish is essential for this position. You must also have strong technical skills. Primary Duties Include

  • Greeting and directing clients
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning etc.
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Managing email, mail and courier correspondence
  • Other administrative duties as required
Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • 1+ years of Reception/Client Professional Services experience required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and all levels of staff
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team setting
  • Exceptional technical skills (including MS Office applications)
