Salary: Up to 58K

Primary Duties Include

  • Manage daily work flow within the Wills & Estates department    Communicate professionally to all internal and external clients
  • Attend as a second witness for client signatures
  • Finalize and complete estate planning and reporting documentation
  • Handle administrative tasks such as accounting, billing, opening/closing files, etc.
  • Coordinate meetings and make travel arrangements

Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years’ of legal experience in Wills & Estates
  • Completion of a Community College legal assistant or law clerk program
  • High proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to manage heavy work flow under minimal supervision
  • Excellent time-management skills, organizational, and communication skills
  • Committed to delivering excellence with a strong work ethic
