Some legal assistants love the pace of litigation. Others enjoy the complexity of labour and employment work. This role offers the rare chance to do both. Our Client is seeking a seasoned Legal Assistant who brings solid litigation experience along with a strong understanding of labour and employment matters, including union-related files and workplace disputes, to join their team. The ideal candidate is someone who keeps files moving, stays one step ahead of their lawyers, and takes real pride in being the steady force behind a busy practice. The position follows a hybrid structure with two days in the office and the remainder remote, with the occasional need for extra in-office collaboration when major files or projects arise. In return, you will be joining a well-respected firm that values the expertise of its legal support staff, offering a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a team environment where your work will genuinely be appreciated.
