Position Title: Corporate Lawyer

Opportunity: Corporate Commercial Law  & Not for Profit

Location: Downtown Toronto

The client is seeking an Associate with a minimum of 6 years’ of relevant experience in Corporate Law to join its team in the Downtown Toronto office.   The firm provides legal services to both builders and individual clients. Work on large projects.

Job Description:   Our Client is a growing firm and they require an Associate Lawyer to join its Corporate Practice Group.  A senior lawyer is heading on maternity leave and leaving a large book of business.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 6 years experience in Corporate Law
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team
• Ability to handle a high volume of work
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite and PC Law
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
