The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant legal experience, excellent strategic thinking, strong project management skills, and exceptional written and verbal communications. Primary Duties Include: 

  •  Assisting with the creation and editing of marketing and communication materials for the firm
  • Social media management and content creation
  • Prepare digital materials for external communications including interactive mailers, evites and newsletters
  • Update and maintain all administrative functions of CRM system (ContactEase)
  • Website maintenance
  • Event planning
  • Answer telephone, greet clients, mail and couriers collection
  • Event planning
  • Communicate with external vendors to assist with webinars, website updates and print production
  • Schedule meetings, photocopying materials, booking meeting rooms
  • Other Administrative Duties

Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or college diploma in Commerce, Marketing, Communications or Journalism
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience (Law firm experience is a MUST)
  • Experience working with design programs (Adobe InDesign and Photoshop) and utilizing social media platforms
  • Familiarity with PC Law, Contact Ease, WordPress, and Worldox an asset
  • Exceptional organizational, ability to work in high pressure and diverse setting 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills along with the ability to work independently
  • Exceptional project management, writing, editing and proof-reading skills
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and results-driven
