The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of real estate experience and exceptional document formatting skills. Up to $50K   

Primary Duties Include

  • Preparing necessary legal documents, billing and expenses
  • Creating and proofreading correspondence, reports, and memos
  • Perform tasks related to leasing and commercial/ residential transactions
  • Schedule Management
  • Maintain extensive filing system and databases
  • Arranges couriers and deliveries
  • Assist with special projects
  • Other administrative duties as required  

Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in commercial leasing or commercial real estate
  • Successful completion of a Legal Assistant Diploma or related program
  • Stellar technical skills (MS Office, Teraview, Conveyancer, Workshare Compare)
  • Superior organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to organize, multitask and prioritize appropriately
  • Candidate must be extremely detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills
  • Be able to work well in a busy team environment and have a positive attitude
