Salary: Based on Experience

Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparation and drafting of correspondence and legal documents
  • Productions of files and documents
  • Calendar/schedule management
  • Maintaining daily contact with clients in a professional manner
  • Maintain and organize client files
  • Working with correspondence, financial statements, Affidavits of Documents, Court documents
  • Other general duties as required

Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications:

  • Law Clerk/ILCO Certification
  • Solid understanding of Family Law Rules and court filing processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 70wpm
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while paying attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and client service skills
  • Confident and dependable, with strong initiative and ability to work both independently and in a team oriented atmosphere
  • Strong technical skills (Microsoft Office, PC Law and Divorcemate)
