Salary:
Up to $75K  

Main Responsibilities Include

  • Manage and organize the Partner’s calendar
  • Update changes to the schedule promptly and ensure that overlapping appointments are avoided at all times
  • Prepare and coordinate required documentation in advance of all meetings
  • Handle administrative details of accounting, paper and electronic filing, opening and closing client files, docketing, billing, etc.
  • Maintain daily contact & professional relationships with clients
  • Coordinate and organize events for the firm and be the on-site lead to ensure all details are cared for 
  • Cover front desk for a limited time (lunch/receptionist vacation) on a rotation schedule with the other colleagues in the firm
  • Assist on special projects including office renovation, leading floral arrangements, and coordinating photoshoot logistics
  • Maintain highly sensitive and confidential information relating to the professional and private activities of the Partner

Required Experience/Skills/Qualification 

  • Comprehensive experience supporting a C-Suite Executive, at least 5+ years Legal experience is a strong asset
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems
  • Maintaining confidentiality with all aspects of professional and personal activities related to the Partner, Clients and the Firm
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong communication and written skills
  • Have experience managing a busy calendar and coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Maintain a polished, confident and professional manner
  • Must have the Flexibility and availability to work evenings, weekends during special projects or events
