Salary: $40K-$50K 

Primary Duties Include

  • Assist with sourcing and screening applications in high volumes
  • Coordinate with management to identify recruiting needs
  • Develop effective recruiting plans and strategies
  • Develop job descriptions and job candidate profiles
  • Review and clarify job specifications, competencies and skills as required
  • Source applicants through various methods
  • Maintain effective relationships with social and professional networks
  • Review resumes and qualifications to determine suitability of candidates
  • Manage applicant tracking system
  • Ensure regulatory aspects of the full cycle recruitment process is compliant with federal and state legislation
  • Other duties as required

Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 years’ proven success in a strategic sourcing or Talent Acquisition role
  • Must be bilingual in English and French
  • Post-secondary education in human resources
  • Knowledge of general principles of recruiting, staffing systems and tools Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team
  • Experience in managing applicant databases, applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing solutions
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Fundamental problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to remain calm in pressured situations
  • Excellent technical skills (including MS Office)
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team setting
