Primary Duties Include

  • Responsible for the delivery of all HR services
  • Day to day operation of the firm, including tracking sick days/vacation days
  • Payroll and benefits administration
  • Performance management
  • Resolving employee relations issues
  • Full cycle recruitment, recruitment and selection process
  • Working with marketing to attract the best candidates
  • Liaising with various departments 
  • Other duties as required  
Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of HR experience in a legal environment
  • Graduated from a recognized HR program
  • Knowledge of general principles of recruiting, staffing systems and tools
  • Experience in managing applicant databases, applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing solutions
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while paying close attention to detail
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team setting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally interact with all levels of staff and clientele
