Primary Duties Include

• Preparation of annual minutes and returns for Ontario and Federal Corporations
• Preparation of Business name/partnership registrations and filings with the Ministry
• Preparation of extra-provincial registration
• Preparation of documents for Incorporation and Organization
• Preparation of resolutions regarding share issuance, redemption, etc.
• Preparing corporate reporting and filings with the government
• Minute book review and recreation
• Conducting corporation searches, security searches and registration searches
• Other administrative duties as required

Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Corporate Law Clerk
• Successful completion of a Legal Clerk diploma
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Hummingbird Docs DM and Corplink
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Detail-oriented, well organized, possessing an above-average ability in prioritizing and multi-tasking
• Reliable and dependable
