What an opportunity!
Our downtown client, a boutique litigation law firm is looking to hire a Business/ Office Manager.  This role would require someone to oversee facilities, marketing, finance, compliance and general firm administration, with a focus on HR.  The firm offers a commitment to excellence and a very professional work environment.  The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of law firm experience, a dynamic personality and the ability to multi-task and perform at a high level. 
With 10+ lawyers, and growing rapidly, our client needs a superstar to lead the firm forward.

Responsibilities include:
  • HR, including coaching and training
  • Strategic planning and business development
  • Facility management
  • Vendor management
  • Management of marketing activities, including firm web-site
  • Overseeing firm IT,
  • Coordinating with outsourced vendors
  • Planning firm events for staff and lawyers
  • Working with accounting clerk to ensure daily, monthly and annual tasks are completed.
  • Working with accountants to prepare and complete annual review
  • Overseeing LSO Compliance
  • Work closely with Managing Partner 
  • Other duties as assigned.  

  • 7+ years legal / law firm specific experience
  • MBA required
  • HR Certification required
  • Strong organizational skills, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to excellence
  • Ability to work with Partnership
