Accounting/Administrative Assistant    Since 1975, Cartel has been providing professional recruiting services in the field of law. We are actively seeking an energetic and articulate individual to provide accounting and administrative support to the busy team at our head office on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be an individual suited to a part-time position on a permanent basis– with stellar written and verbal communication skills. This position requires a candidate with exceptional multi-tasking abilities, strong organizational skills, and an eagerness to do more. 

The main responsibilities include Payroll, Bank Deposits, Invoicing, Cash Receipts, Bank Statement Reconciliation, Record of Employment, Filing, Electronic Fund Transfers, Payables and other related accounting and administrative duties. 

Work hours: Monday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and one other day of the week 

Wages: $15-$17 per hour
