Our client is a midsize law firm in Toronto with historic roots. They are currently seeking an accomplished Associate with at least 3-6 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions to join their Corporate Team. The ideal candidate will come from a large firm and possibly benefit from the structure of a mid-sized firm. You have had involvement in private equity and venture capital transactions, equity and debt financings and other commercial transactions. You have demonstrated strengths in entrepreneurialism including client service, client relationships and client development. All interested parties please respond in confidence.
