Salary: Up to $45K

Primary Duties Include

  • Collaborate with clients to develop unique and creative approaches to each RFP and Pitch
  • Write and edit top-quality, customized and client focused RFP’s and pitches
  • Project manage the development of RFP’s, from receipt to submission
  • Work with other firm members, including lawyers and library staff to gather corporate profiles, best practices and efficiencies
  • Other duties as required

Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications or Business Development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Solid written & verbal communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Exceptional organizational, ability to work in high pressure and diverse
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional work attitude
  • Fundamental problem-solving skills
  • Confident and dependable
