The ideal candidates must possess a minimum of 2+ years of prior Reception experience. Law firm experience is an absolute must. A high level of professionalism and polish is essential for this position. You must be reliable and have strong technical skills. Salary: Up to $42K 

Working hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Primary Duties Include

  • Greeting and directing clients
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning etc.
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Managing email, mail and courier correspondence
  • Other administrative duties as required
Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Reception/Client Professional Services experience required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and all levels of staff
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team setting 
  • Exceptional technical skills (including MS Office applications)
