Primary Duties Include

  • Assist with reception relief, scanning, copying and general office duties
  • Conducting orientation meetings, preparing information packages and arranging IT system training for new staff
  • Preparing monthly reports
  • Maintaining data for tracking and reporting
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Billings
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Other general duties as required
  Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications

  • 1+ year of office clerk experience, ideally within a law firm
  • Post-secondary education in business or human resources
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Fundamental problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to remain calm in pressured situations
  • Excellent technical skills (including MS Office)
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team setting
