Salary: $60K-$65K

Primary Duties Include

  • Preparation, coordinating international marketing trips
  • Editing drafts, researching and maintaining directories, assisting in the analysis, tracking budget sheet and proofing internal communications
  • Assist in the planning and execution of the annual IBA Finance Conference
  • Manage flights, hotel bookings, transportation and lunches/dinners for all marketing trips/conferences
  • Marketing and communications via social media, assisting with press releases, website and intranet content, newsletters, deal summaries, etc.
  • Working with team members, processing and tracking marketing invoices, and ensuring that proper authorization is received
  • Budgets and invoice tracking ensuring all data is entered correctly
  • Other Administrative Duties   
Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Communications or Journalism
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in a similar capacity from a law firm
  • Some experience with International Travel considered an asset
  • Exceptional organizational, ability to work in high pressure and diverse setting
  • Proficient in a project managed, marketing and help increase efficiency
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills along with the ability to work independently and in a bilingual team
  • Exceptional project management, writing, editing and proof-reading skills
  • Communicating in a professional capacity via various social media channels
